Our School Garden - Holy Trinity NS

First we built a wall. It took about 3 days. After we built the wall we added manure. We planted flowers and plants. After we added wood chips too finish it off. Last winter the Tidy Towns gave us daffodils bulbs to plant. In spring the daffodils sprouted. There were lots off them and they looked wonderful.
   
We clean all around the school. We like to brighten up our small playground. We do a lot of work with the Tidy Town Committee. We got a green flag for sorting out rubbish. We do a lot of recycling in our school. We've painted the playground walls.              

We often meet the Tidy Towns Committee and they help us in our work. We like to brighten up our school for the children and the people who walk by our gates.
